- Candidate should be Willingness to operate in night shifts. We have rotating shifts. So it is not all nights.
- Candidate with CCNA would be an added plus, though not mandatory.
- Candidate with Experience in phone / email support (preferably LAN products, Wi-Fi would be added advantage).
