SELECTION PROCEDURE:

1. For the posts of GM, AGM, DGM, and DM are by Interview.
2. And for Management Trainees are by Written Test & Interview.
3. The final selection of the candidate(s) is based on the merit.

Application Proceedure:

1. All OBC and general candidates need to make a demand draft of Rs. 400 (Rupee four hundred only) from any nationalized bank only in favor of Bharath Dynamics Limited payable at Hyderabad.
2. There is second option available to deposit application fee, with this option candidates can deposit fee online mode. Choose option to pay fee which you found easy.
3. One more this SC/ST/PWD and BDL employee are exempted from application fee process.
4. Only online mode of application submission available for BDL Recruitment 2013 project.
5. Under this option you need to login their official online website www.bdl.ap.nic.in and fill application (link given in recruitment page) form and submit before the closing date.
6. After registration take printout of application form (system generated) fix recent passport size coloured photo and send with relevant documents to the address given by BDL in recruitment notification.
