• Work experience in related position (Design and Development Environment)
• 32-bit Windows Programming, OLE Automation and OLE Control, Win32 Kernel Windows Device Drivers, OLE DB, DCOM, and ActiveX application programming interfaces
• Candidates should have Software testing experience test case development/management.
• Microsoft Project or other Project Management tools
• Microsoft development tools Visual Studio
• Diagnostic tools such as ICE, soft-ICE, and kernel debugger
• Object-Oriented Programming Design and UML methodologies with analytical skills
