Educational Qualification: Four-year degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field

Required Candidate Skills :
- Candidate Should have Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through to assure problems are resolved and Product meet established Quality Release Criteria Standards
- Candidate Should have Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Candidate Should have Excellent communication and people skills essential
- Candidate Should have Good listening skills; problem solving and the ability to handle multiple projects/clients at once is necessary
- Candidate Should have ability to handle objections and counter professionally as necessary
- Develop and execute test cases/suites for enterprise applications developed using various technologies including distributed Internet technologies (.NET, Java/J2EE, web services, etc.).
- Candidate Should have Basic knowledge of databases concepts and working knowledge of Oracle, SQL server
- Effectively contribute on white box testing
- Candidate Should have Exposure to Agile methodologies- Experience in Manual testing (System/Regression)
- Candidate Should have Experience in API Testing
- Ability to develop Test Cases from Use Cases and/or User Stories
- Candidate Should have Have basic understanding of Software Development and Testing Methodologies .
