Required Candidate Skills :
- Candidate Should have Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Candidate Should have development skills in Java, J2EE and C++.
- Candidate Should have good understanding of the software development life cycle including build tools, software configuration management and defect tracking systems required.
- Candidate Should have Experience with multi-threaded, high performance and scalable software systems preferred.
- Candidate Should have Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
- Candidate Should have Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating.
- Candidate Should have Knowledge of one or more of TCP/IP, HTTP, XML, AJAX, SOAP, Web Services, JBI, application server internals,
- TIBCO's General Interface (GI) and the Eclipse environment a plus.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture integration, business process management, and service-oriented architecture.
- Desire to work with customers and travel.
Job Description:
- This is a unique opportunity to join TIBCO consulting organisation, as we are currently looking for IT graduates, experienced developers and junior IT consultants, who would like to become TIBCO consultants
- Associate Consultants will participate in a wide range of consulting project activities
- These will include technical challenges such as hardware/software specification and design and development, solution design, implementation, integration, deployment, testing and performance tuning, system architecture definition and client training.
- There will also be opportunities to get involved with other activities such as project management and interaction with company and client managers or participation in sales and proposal presentations.
- Travel is a major component of this role (75-100%) with travel to client sites nationwide. You will also have the opportunity for some international travel.
