AFMC 2012 Online Application Form Submission Guide

AFMC MBBS Application Form Submission Guide. AFMC MBBS Medical Entrance Examination is 05,March,2012. This year the application forms are available only online. applicants who find difficulty in uploading the photograph and signature can follow this method form 28 February 2012 till 05 March 2012.
AFMC MBBS Application Form Submission Advise
Downloaded application form with photograph and signature can be sent to AFMC Pune by post. However this facility is only available for applicants who had difficulty in uploading photograph & signature.
Photograph of size 4.5 x 3.5 cms with name and date of taking the photograph has to be pasted at the relevant place. Candidate is advised to keep at least 8-10 photographs of similar nature for use in admit card / during the admission procedure.
The form will have to be signed at the relevant place and then sent by post to AFMC Pune latest by 07 Mar 2012 (1700 hrs). to send the application Address are below…
