Graduate in any discipline with Speed in English Short Hand 120 wpm and Speed in English Typing 40 wpm.
English Stenographer Grade-II (Class-III):- 123 Posts
Pay Scale:- Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4400
Graduate with Speed in English Short Hand 100 wpm and English Typing 40 wpm.
Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I (Class-II):- 64 Posts
Pay Scale:- Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600
Graduate with Speed in Gujarati Short Hand 90 wpm and Speed in Gujarati Typing 25 wpm.
Gujarati Stenographer Grade-II (Class-III):- 78 Posts
Pay Scale:- Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4400
Graduate with Speed in Gujarati Short Hand 75 wpm and Speed in Gujarati Typing 25 wpm.
Assistant (Junior Clerk) (Class-III):- 2084 Posts

SSC Or its equivalent examination with Speed in English Typing 30 wpm or Gujarati Typing 25 wpm and knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit:-
· 18 to 35 years for Steno as on 20.3.2012.
· 18 to 25 years for Clerks as on 20.3.2012.
