- Able to efficiently and effectively gather use case-related requirements from geographically dispersed individuals
- Develops and supports ITBM solutions that meet Accelerate's needs,
by continually working with ITBM, IT Benchmarking, and other VMware
product teams
- Proactively communicates solution details during all phases of the development cycle- Dev, Test, QA, Go-Live
- Develops productive and highly collaborative relationships with Accelerate Global team members
- Leads the implementation efforts to setup the VMware ITBM application for Accelerate use worldwide
