Teachers Recruitment Board(TRB)- Chennai invited out applications for the positions of the Assistant Professor (Engineering / Non Engineering) for Government Engineering Colleges from Indian citizens whom last date of submission of application is 05-March-2012. There are total of 156 open positions.
Following Post of TRB:-
Assistant Professor:- 154 Post
Qualification For Post:-
· Assistant Professor in Engineering Discipline:-Candidates must have passed B.E. / B.Tech. and M.E. or M.Tech. in the concerned discipline of Engineering or Technology with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university.
· Assistant Professor in Non Engineering Discipline:-Candidates must have completed Master degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university and passed National Eligibility Test ( NET ) for lecturers.
Age Limit:-
As on 01-July-2012 must be not more than 57 years of age.
Last Date for Receipt of Application:- 05-March-2012 at 5.30 p.m.
Date of Written Examination:- 08-April-2012
Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP 6000
Application Fees:-
· Rs. 600/- ( Rs. 300/- for SC/ST and Physically Challenged )
· Rs. 50/- for Bank Charges through Challan in State Bank of India.
