Job Description:
- Candidate should be Responsible for customer satisfaction, review customer feedback and take corrective action.
- Candidate should Review daily, weekly and quarterly reports.
- Candidate should be Responsible for productivity, maintaining AHT (Average Handle Time), ensuring SLA is met.
- Instrumental in strategy planning for making All FMS sites a successful venture.
- Issue Management and follow up for closure.
- Candidate should Coordinate with contractors/vendors, monitor progress of work, escalate delays, changes to the management.
- Candidate should Prepare Daily, Monthly and Quarterly call analysis report, Call Trend report, Hardware failure report and Equipment availability report of multiple sites.
- Candidate should Co-ordinate with Manager & Engineer"s for support.
